In Store Returns & Exchanges

To receive your refund to your original payment method, merchandise in its original condition must be returned to any of our Abercrombie & Fitch or abercrombie kids stores in the same country of purchase within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for purchases made on order after February 1, 2023, we do not accept returns or exchanges without a receipt, invoice, or order confirmation. If you no longer have your receipt, but your order was associated with your myAbercrombie account, we may be able to look up your original purchase details at the store.

You can make an exchange at any time, free of charge! If the size/color you want is no longer in-stock, you may return for a refund.

For easy and free returns/exchanges, bring your item(s) and receipt, invoice, or order confirmation to any Abercrombie & Fitch or abercrombie kids store in the same country of purchase. Click here to find a store location near you. Merchandise purchased in-store* cannot be returned or exchanged by mailing the item(s) back to our stores or Distribution Centers.

What is your Holiday return policy?

With your original receipt, invoice, or order confirmation, merchandise purchased between November 1 and December 31 may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price to your original form of payment through January 31 the following year.
